Consumer Terms (EU)

These consumer provisions are now part of our Terms of Service.

If you use a paid plan as a consumer resident in the EU, your consumer rights, including your 14-day right of withdrawal, are set out in Section 17 (Consumer provisions, EU) of our Terms of Service. They apply to you and prevail over the rest of the Terms wherever they differ, and they do not affect your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.
